Feasibility first

Before any design work begins we test the idea against the site. Orientation, access, slope, planning constraints and what you actually want the house to do. It is a low-risk stage by design, because it is the cheapest point to discover a problem.

Design and documentation

This is where the time goes. Panelised construction means components are cut before anyone arrives on site, so decisions have to be resolved on paper rather than improvised later. Orientation, glazing and shading are set here.

Assembly

Panels arrive as a kit and the shell goes up in days. What would normally be weeks of framing becomes a short, controlled sequence.

Verification

When the house is finished we test it with a blower door and a thermal camera, and hand you the results. Then you move in.

Thinking about the next chapter?

Tell us about your block and what you have in mind. We will let you know honestly whether panelised construction is the right fit for you.
